    Release Old Angers (50 min.)

    In this gentle restorative yoga class, we will specifically target the hips through external rotation poses to aid in letting go of old angers and finding inner peace. As you ground yourself and connect with your body on a deeper level and surrender into these restorative poses, you will feel a profound sense of release, freeing yourself from any lingering anger and negativity.
