In this class, instead of working from creating asanas from the physical form in, we will work on starting from the inside out. This is a more challenging vinyasa flow practice focusing on standing asanas and balances for happier and healthier hips. This class is located in the California sierra foothills filled with oaks perfect for tree hugging, which can be very helpful (but not necessary) to help with deep hip openers :).
