
This is a combination yoga class and brunch, all online via Zoom! First, we have a yoga class and then we all cook the same brunch together. You can always just join us for the yoga class or make brunch with everyone as well.
Whether you are an experienced cook or not terribly confident in the kitchen, this is a great opportunity to learn how to make dishes you may have always wanted to try or didn’t even know existed (or were so ridiculously easy to make). And if you have any dietary restrictions, we’ve got you covered! Past highlights include Eggs Benedict where nearly everyone’s Hollandaise sauce broke the first time, but we learned from our mistake and, together were able to produce a beautiful creamy sauce. The Dutch Baby, an impressive looking dish, was so deceptively easy to make, we did it twice! We took inspiration across the globe from Swiss Bircher Muesli to Chinese Congee and during the heat wave last summer, we made a series of salads, all completely different. This year, we look forward to continuing our exploration of brunches around the world!
