    Tittibasana (Firefly pose) is an advanced asana that requires a tremendous amount of flexibility, especially in the hips and thighs, and strengthens the core, hip flexors, and arms.

    Though this is an advanced asana, the class offers modifications that can be appropriate for all levels. This class includes deep stretches and standing asanas to create both the strength and flexibility for needed for tittibasana.
