    Therapeutic Relief From Standing All Day (40 min.)

    This is a longer class devoted to giving you relief from standing on your feet too long. First, take the weight off your feet for some ab strengthening, and then follow it up with some standing hip openers. Finally, end by stretching your hip flexors, strengthening your back muscles, your glutes, and your hamstrings.
