    Syrniki - Eastern Slavic Pancakes (50 min.)

    The cheese tvorog is the primary ingredient of these delicious pancakes. Tvorag is a cheese that is drained, twisted, and pressed so your practice today focuses on holding twists. Twists help to improve posture, spinal alignment, and core stability. Twisting the spine helps to massage the internal organs and clear out any blockages in the body. They can also help to increase flexibility in the spine and hips, while also working to tone and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Twists are also known to be calming to the nervous system, reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
