In this class, our theme is the Finnish pancake Pannukakku. Your physical practice will focus on practicing the same asanas in 4 different planes, asanas that will strengthen your back and open your hamstrings, inner thighs and hips.
Props Needed: 1 chair, 1 strap, 1 wall (or two blocks)
