Whether you have been on your feet all day, have plantar fasciitis, or your feet feel stiff and out of balance, this can be a very healing sequence. Focusing on your feet can change the quality of all your yoga asanas, but it may take some time, just as it took time for your feet to become tight and sore. This class reminds you to be patient, caring, and compassionate towards yourself both on and off the mat.
