    I Want Quick Relief From Standing All Day (20 min.)

    Today, I am sharing a yoga sequence for anyone who's been standing up all day. This was a request from a nurse who's feet have been killing her. : ) This would be wonderful for anyone who works in the service industry or any job (or fun activity) where you are on your feet for long periods of time. It is also good for people with knee issues. Enjoy!
