The two SI joints, one on either side of the sacrum (located right above your tailbone) support and stabilize your spine. This short class focuses on building strength in the muscles around your SI joints - inner thighs (adductors), hips, and core to help maintain pelvic stability and prevent low back pain. This class can also be used help relieve sciatica pain by releasing muscles around the sacrum.
