This is a restorative and calming yoga practice that stretches the hamstrings, the lower back, and the hips. These asanas are believed to help soothe lower back pain, improve circulation, and reduce stress and anxiety. They are also believed to improve posture, balance, and digestion.
Props Needed: 1 strap 4 blankets or 2 bolsters.
