Slow, restorative yoga practice with gentle supported bridge variations and calming leg stretches that can help when you're feeling out of sorts.
Yoga Inversions are asanas in which your head is below your heart. These asanas can ease the nervous system and lift your spirits. After a calming pranayama (breathwork) practice, we will move into inversions, including several Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose) variations) to expand the chest and lengthen the spine.
This gentle one hour restorative yoga inversion practice is designed to reduce fatigue leaving you rejuvenated and ready to float through the rest of your day. It can also serve as the perfect practice for winding down at the end of a busy day and releasing tension in your body and mind.
Props Needed: 1 bolster or 2 blankets
