Once you sign up for our course, each week you will be practicing along with a new yoga video. It will be divided into parts A and B so you can choose to practice the entire sequence daily or break it up into two segments however you like.
Each week's yoga video will teach you the 6 primary actions you need to build a better bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvanghasana): thoracic extension, lumbar extension, hip extension, shoulder mobility, strong glutes, and a strong core.
