    Energizing Backbend Flow (28 min.)

    This is a backbending flow sequence from anjaneyasana to setu bandha sarvanghasana (bridge pose) to give you an energy boost for the rest of your day! These asanas also have a calming effect on the mind, and can help to release tension and stress.

    Anjaneyasana is a great yoga asana for strengthening the legs and core, and it also helps to improve balance and flexibility. It is also a great way to open up the chest and gently stretch the quads and hip flexors. It can help improve circulation and can be helpful in relieving tension and stress.

    Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (or Bridge Pose) is an excellent posture for stretching the spine, chest and neck, and it can help to reduce fatigue. It also strengthens the core, hamstrings, and hip muscles, which can help improve balance and stability.
