Welcome to today's 10 minute yoga practice, where we will explore the benefits of standing yoga asanas while seated on a couch or chair, with special attention to our lower body! When we're standing, we're often struggling with finding our balance and lose some of the benefits these poses have to offer. But today, our couch will assist us in finding opportunities to go deeper into our standing asanas (while seated) than we may have thought possible. By practicing on our couch, we can bring about relaxation, strength, and a sense of steadiness, no matter where we are.
