This 30 min. yoga class focuses on building back strength with bird dog and salambasana (locust pose) variations to both strengthen and increase flexibility in the back before our peak pose of danurasana (bow pose) .
Salabasana helps to strengthen the back, the core, and our hamstrings while Danurasana helps to open up the chest and stretch out the back muscles, allowing for better posture. They both also help to increase flexibility and balance. Practicing these postures regularly can help improve overall health and well-being.
