Bircher Müesli is an ancient Swiss dish using the four ingredients of fruit (usually fresh grated apple), nuts, milk and oat flakes, the fruit being the star of the show. It was mostly forgotten until it was re-discovered by the Swiss doctor, Dr. Bircher-Benner who then started serving it in his sanatorium to promote good health.
In today's practice , we dive into the euphoric pleasure and 'nutrition' of invigorating (and healthy) backbends.
