In today's yoga tutorial, we're practicing variations of Eka Pada Rajakapotasana II (One Legged King Pigeon Prep Pose II) to help prepare us for Bhekasana (Frog Pose). Like Frog Pose, Pigeon Prep Pose stretches the thighs and hip flexors while also opening the chest and shoulders.
