Balancing poses help to improve your coordination, focus and concentration, as well as strengthen your core and deepen your awareness. They help to build strength in the lower body, the core, and promote balance and stability in the spine. Additionally, these poses help to improve circulation, increase flexibility, and help to reduce stress.
