    Backbend into a Deeper Danurasana/Bow Pose (75 min.)

    This backbend sequence was designed for all levels. After a strong warmup to increase the flexibility of back, chest, and hips, we will move into our backbending practice. A regular backbend practice assists with strengthening your spine, improving posture, reducing stress and anxiety, and can help improve your circulation.
